We provide marketing, branding, digital strategy, and related promotional services to clients (“Customers”). Specific deliverables, timelines, and costs will be defined in project proposals or agreements shared with you before service commencement.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable Indian law.

3. Account and Communication

You may be required to share contact details or documents for service execution. You agree to provide accurate information and allow us to contact you via email, phone, or WhatsApp for project updates and communications.

4. Payments

All payments must be made in full and in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Pricing is mentioned in your quotation or proposal.
We accept UPI, bank transfer, and other online methods. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).

5. Refund and Cancellation

All payments are non-refundable once a project has started or digital assets have been created.
Partial refunds may be granted only if work has not commenced and written cancellation is received within 24 hours of payment.

6. Intellectual Property

All creative materials, strategies, and content developed by SalesRocket remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, the final deliverables (excluding source files, tools, or proprietary data) will be transferred to you.

You may not copy, modify, or resell any part of our materials without written permission.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep project-related data, client lists, and sensitive business information confidential and use it solely for the purpose of the project.

8. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service.

9. Third-Party Tools

We may use third-party platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools). Their terms and conditions also apply. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or issues caused by third-party tools or platforms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services if you breach these Terms or misuse our resources. Upon termination, any outstanding payments must be cleared immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Courts in Chennai, Tamilanadu.
