No-Refund Policy

  • All payments made to Salesrocket are non-refundable.
  • Once a payment is processed, it is considered final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:
    Cancellation of services by the client.
  • Dissatisfaction with the services provided.
  • Change in personal circumstances.

Service Adjustments

In lieu of a refund, clients may request adjustments to the scope or timing of services. Such adjustments are subject to availability and the sole discretion of SalesRocket.
Any additional costs incurred due to adjustments will be the responsibility of the client.

Exceptional Circumstances

While our general policy is to not issue refunds, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. Requests for exceptions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of SalesRocket.
Any decisions made regarding exceptions will be final.
